“Networks and access to creative, inspiring go-getters is fundamental to expanding minds, hearts and experiences – and the Global Cultural Leadership Programme did just that by linking young, driven and diverse creative practitioners on an intense and rewarding programme. In a short space of time, we were all provided the tools to better understand cultural diplomacy, interaction, creative organisational management – neatly coupled with the opportunity to network, connect and make meaningful alliances with people with similar dreams and visions for a more creative world. Building a global network of like-minded creators who have the potential to be collaborators is very difficult, especially for those in the global South, this was a fantastic opportunity to connect to the bigger world and to gain many views on cultural leadership from different people applying different approaches.”

In order to introduce themselves and their organisations, the participants prepared a poster presenting 4 elements – Me, My organisation, My Project and My Dream.
