  • With consortium partners: We may share your information with members of the Cultural Relations Platform consortium (listed here), in which case we will require those partners to honor this Privacy Policy.
  • With members of steering committee: We may share your information with members of the Cultural Relations Platform Steering Committee, which includes members of the European Commission. In which case, we will require those members to honor this Privacy Policy.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Cultural Relations Platform will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Cultural Relations Platform will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes.
