“I was honoured to be a Canadian delegate in the inaugural Global Cultural Leadership Programme. The experience working with peers from around the world reminded me how urgent it is that we collaborate on common goals. I also became very aware of the strengths and limitations of my Canadian worldview. I left the Programme motivated to expand my work to a global scale.”
In order to introduce themselves and their organisations, the participants prepared a poster presenting 4 elements – Me, My organisation, My Project and My Dream.
