Nicholas Kwame Adjei

Nicholas Kwame Adjei is the Country Director for Future Team Ghana, where he leads projects focused on climate change, peacebuilding, dialogue facilitation, and educational initiatives for rural and marginalized communities. With a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, Nicholas combines his expertise in climate change, youth empowerment, and civic engagement to enhance local and national stability. He founded the Community Involvers Organization and runs a mentorship academy promoting personal development and digital literacy. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Coast and a leadership certificate from the YALI West Africa.
