Marta Soszynska
Marta Soszynska is a Poland-born documentary filmmaker and multimedia producer with extensive experience in crafting impactful visual content addressing social and humanitarian issues. She has worked across conflict zones, documenting humanitarian crises for organizations such as Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). Her projects have highlighted gender inequality, access to health, women’s rights and the humanitarian effects of global emergencies, including the war in Ukraine, civil unrest in the Central African Republic, and migrant rescues in the Mediterranean among others. Marta currently leads video production for the World Health Organization (WHO) where she has produced hundreds of short films on global health and multiple campaigns targeting misinformation. She also worked as a video journalist, directing multimedia and documentary productions for media in Europe and South-East Asia and producing visual campaigns for grass-root organizations in Europe. Marta is fluent in French, Spanish, English and Polish, and is currently based in Geneva, Switzerland.
