Amalia Koleka

Amalia holds a BSC in Psychology and Neuroscience, from Maastricht University and a MA in Conflict Studies and Human Rights, from Utrecht University. After studying in the Netherlands she relocated to her home region in the Balkans and has since worked on diverse projects and cultural initiatives. She researches topics like Identity Politics and Nationalism from a Political Psychology aspect. Amalia works with young people to raise awareness and capacity on the power of Art and Culture in post-conflict contexts. Her interest lies in novel, bottom-up approaches for social change through creativity.
