Alejandra Pinto Cárdenas 

Ecuadorian architect and cultural manager. Her experience focuses on the development of cultural projects and urban research, with a strong emphasis on feminist urbanism and community-driven cultural and urban interventions. She is the co-founder of Licuadora Gestora, a collective that develops participatory research methodologies such as mapping from a gender perspective and re-signifying public spaces through cultural projects. She excels at fostering collaboration across diverse disciplines to create inclusive, human-centered urban strategies and has led impactful projects like MúsicaOcupa and the Biennale of Architecture of Quito. Currently, she works at Casa de la Cultura Ecuatoriana and teaches at PUCE’s architecture faculty.
