EUNIC: Not a toolkit! Fair collaboration in cultural relations: a reflAction

This collaboration between Cristina Farinha, Avril Joffe, Matina Magkou, Anna Steinkamp, Katelijn Verstraete, and Sudebi Thakurata along with D.epicentre as the design partner, create a reflection which serves as a guide but “not a toolkit!” for fair collaboration in cultural relations.

The components form part of a visual, reflective journal to map one’s own journey. This work wishes to look into fairness in cultural relations using a systems thinking method and approach the subject matter through its economic, ecological, cultural and social dimension, and the mainstreamed technological and geopolitical dimension connected to the SDGs from the UN Agenda 2030.

The idea of openness into new ways of thinking, doing, sensing and being permeates this work and serves as an invitation to go on the journey of fair collaboration in cultural relations.
