Cultural manager, curator and cultural policy officer working with local governments, cultural institutions, festivals and alternative platforms. Her experience in both the state and institutional sector and the independent cultural circuit, granted her a broad exposure to different ways of implementing cultural strategies in the creative industries in her hometown of Lima, Peru, as well as in Berlin, Germany. She is the director, curator and co-founder of Radical Sounds Latin America (RSLA), a yearly Berlin based festival and platform that focuses on innovative talent from LATAM and its diasporas, addressing the fields of sound, performance and theory.
