Camilla Gürtler is the international producer at The Development Platform for the Performing Arts in Denmark, where she creates and facilitates both national and international artist development programmes. She trained as a theatre director at Drama Centre London and has recently returned to Denmark after working 10 years in London. She is the founder of Cut the Cord Theatre which focuses on international collaborations and skills-exchange in the UK. She has created and facilitated performing arts exchange projects between the Nordic countries and the UK and is the creator of New Nordics Festival where she has worked with embassies and cultural institutions in the UK and Nordic countries. In 2020 she led a series of Nordic Talks with the Nordic Council of Ministers, focusing on sustainable leadership in the arts. She has also worked as an arts fundraiser and is an ISPA Global Fellow 2022. She is currently the project lead on a Creative Europe collaboration between 6 countries.
