Lesedi Shubane, GCRP 2021

Lesedi Shubane (she/her) is an Impact Producer at Participant where she designs and executes social impact campaigns for content like America to Me, The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind, Slay the dragon  and Judas and the Black Messiah.

Raised in Southern Africa, she previously managed Community Engagement for the Bushfire International Festival of the Arts and was selected by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences for their inaugural GOLD Talent and Development Initiative class. Lesedi completed her BFA at Ringling College of Art and Design as a UWC Davis Scholar, where she won the Emerging Service Leader Award.
