Julia Matamoros has worked in arts and culture for the past decade across Mexico, Nicaragua and Canada. She has focused on advancing diversity, equity and inclusion through education and sector-wide initiatives, as Education Manager at the Gardiner Museum and as Partnerships Officer at the Institute for Canadian Citizenship, where she worked with a national network of cultural institutions to advance inclusion for new Canadian citizens through research, resources and a mobile app. As Associate with GarrowEvoy, Julia supports coaching mandates with non-profit organisations to guide them through strategic clarity with a social impact lens.
