Dicle Gülşahin, GCRP 2021

Dicle Gülşahin holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and a master’s degree in Arts and Cultural Management. She currently works at DutchCulture as a mobility officer, and as the secretary of EUNIC Netherlands. On a freelance basis, she also manages several cultural projects both in the Netherlands and Turkey. She is interested in cultural policy, facilitation, and content development.
