Carlos Zerpa, GCRP 2021

Carlos Zerpa is a transdisciplinary artist based in Caracas, Venezuela. His creative practice emerges at the intersection of storytelling, visual arts, and social commitment. Inspired by concrete issues of the global south, his work seeks to empower underrepresented characters by creating transgressive and irreverent narrative devices. Over the last ten years, he has directed and produced several award-winning street arts, editorial, and animation projects.
