Aleksandra Bajde, GCRP 2021

Aleksandra Bajde is a Slovenian composer-performer, project manager, and aspiring researcher living in Vienna. She has studied and acquired professional experience across Europe. Currently, she is working as a project manager at the Austrian Section of the International Society for Contemporary Music and pursuing a PhD in Political Science, where her research interests include EU cultural policy and diplomacy. In 2020, she was awarded the Theodor Körner Förderpreis for composition and was selected for the European Music Council Fellowship Programme 2020 – 2021. Her projects often reflect her deep commitment to promoting European values and priorities.
