AU-EU Youth Cooperation Hub!

The AU-EU Youth Hub is a multi-stakeholder platform, with Youth at its core, seeking to test new approaches in the African Union-European Union partnership. It aims to strengthen youth as actors of governance and development, and foster youth inclusion and empowerment.

7 pilot projects are currently under implementation in diverse sectors such as education, culture, peace and security, culture, environnement, etc.

One of the pilot project “ArtsXchange: connecting creative youth in Africa and Europe” bases its action in Kenya, Somalia, Sweden, and Italy. It is led by the Comitato Internazionale per lo Sviluppo dei Popoli (CISPI).

The project aims to:

• Develop a digital platform to enhance access to professional networks and market opportunities for young creatives, helping to turn passion into sustainable businesses
• Organise two cultural festivals to strengthen relations and cultural exchanges among African and European Youth
