In their publication, Domennico Valenza and Fabienne Bossuyt analyse the EU’s current engagement and suggest that culture remains the EU’s most powerful instrument to shape positive long-term relations with Russia.

With a proposed set of recommendations, the two authors also include the adoption of a country-based strategic approach addressing cultural relations and cooperation with Russia.
