Caroline Bilde

Caroline Bilde is a project officer at the Danish Cultural Institute in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. From the office in Riga, she manages and produces a number of projects, including concerts, film festivals, official Danish celebrations of the 100-year anniversaries of the Baltic States and the 2018 EUNIC Latvia presidency. The scope of her work spans from showcasing of culture to projects with long-term impact, including urban space development, creative industries, media support and educational programmes. Caroline has a mixed background in linguistics, diplomacy and urbanism and has previously worked in academic lecturing, translation and cultural exchange between Denmark and Russia.
