GCLP 2018: Interactive Theater Game
Global Cultural Leadership Programme 2018 – Amsterdam
The Cultural Diplomacy Platform and the European Cultural Foundation are happy to jointly organise a very special evening with the acclaimed interactive theater game The Money by Kaleider Productions, a troupe of performers coming from Exeter, UK. The Money has toured to 5 continents and played at such charged and prestigious venues as Sydney Opera House, UK Houses of Parliament, Lagos City Hall, Lisbon City Hall, Victoria Parliament, City of London’s Guildhall, and many others. In collaboration with our partners from the European Cultural Foundation, the Cultural Diplomacy Platform brings The Money to Amsterdam for the first time. This performance will take place on Wednesday 31 October at the Compagnietheater in Amsterdam, in the framework of the third edition of the Global Cultural Leadership Programme (GCLP). The GCLP annually gathers 40 outstanding cultural managers from 20 countries for a week of cultural exchange and joint learning experiences. Together, our participants co-create the global cultural collaboration networks of the future. And of course, they will be playing in The Money as it is a cross between a game and a theatrical performance. They can choose to be either a Player and, or a Silent Witness and watch.
