Foreign cultural policy in processes of transformation: Gernan-Tunisian case.
The European Network on Cultural Management and Policy (ENCATC) has published, on 10 December 2017, a paper entitled “Foreign cultural policy in processes of transformation: perceptions of German-Tunisian cultural exchange”. Written by Meike Lettau and Caroline Knoblich from the University of Hildesheim, this paper investigates the German foreign cultural policy and more specifically the engagement of the Goethe-Institut in transitional Tunisia through the eyes of cultural activists on the ground.
