Cultural capital schemes in Asia
The European Network on Cultural Management and Policy (ENCATC) has published, on 10 December 2017, a paper entitled “Cultural capital schemes in Asia: mirroring Europe or carving out their own concepts?”. Written by David Ocón from the School of Technology of the Arts in Singapore, this paper seeks to examine the capitals of culture patterns chosen by Northeast and Southeast Asia subregions in comparison with their European counterpart, as well as their motivations and reasons to exist.
