Kristina Gorlanova, GCLP 2017

Kristina Gorlanova was a participant in the 2017 edition of the Global Cultural Leadership Programme.

Kristina is the head of the Museum of Photography “Metenkov’s House” at Yekaterinburg History Museum. She is co-founder and a curator of the artist in residency program “New Stories of Yekaterinburg”, the program for artists working with the photography medium.  She is a curator of the Artist-in-Residence Program of the 5th Ural Industrial Biennial of Contemporary Art (2019). Kristina completed her specialist degree in project management at Ural State Technical University in 2008 and Bachelor of Arts in photography at the University of the Arts London in 2013. Kristina continues her practice as an artist, and currently lives and works in Yekaterinburg, Russia.
