Kimoon Park, GCLP 2017

Kimoon Park was a participant in the 2017 edition of the Global Cultural Leadership Programme.

Kimoon is currently working as the manager for the international relations team at Uijeongbu Music Theatre Festival in Korea. She has also engaged in various collaborative projects prior to this, notably Kams Connection, a program that supports international exchanges and collaboration within the performing arts at the Korea Arts Management Service. Kimoon is interested in the mobility of artists, sustainable international exchange and collaboration. Kimoon wants to work beyond the limitations of simply exchanging work between Korea and other countries and develop long-term, collaborative relationships.

“Meeting passionate people from all over the world, sharing their expertises, exploring new ideas for collaborations…The Global Cultural Leadership Programme 2017 was an inspirational and unique experience to expand my awareness of cultural diplomacy. It was the most hectic and solid week I’ve ever had, but totally worth it.”

In order to introduce themselves and their organizations, the participants prepared a poster.
