Heritage in danger: Conference of Abu Dhabi
On 2-3 December 2016, the French Ministry of Culture, in partnership with United Arab Emirates, convened an international conference on endangered cultural heritage, in the margin of the opening of Le Louvre Abu Dhabi.
The 40 States represented signed a Common Declaration on Safeguarding Endangered Cultural Heritage, reaffirming their common determination to safeguard the endangered cultural heritage of all peoples, against its destruction and illicit trafficking.
