“The Global Cultural Leadership Programme was a tremendous experience. The fellowship allowed me to better structure my understanding of leadership, particularly cultural leadership, and to grasp theoretical notions of cultural diplomacy. I became more confident in relating my work to human rights, civic engagement, interculturality, artistic excellency, and social change. The GCLP is an ideal setting to learn from other participants’ projects and experience, and to gain insight from all around the world. I am grateful that I am now member of a global network of outstanding professionals in cultural affairs.”

In order to introduce themselves and their organisations, the participants prepared a poster presenting 4 elements – Me, My organisation, My Project and My Dream.
