Aleksandra Manuilenko, GCLP 2016
Aleksandra Manuilenko was a participant of the 1st Edition of the Global Cultural Leadership Programme.
Aleksandra works as the projects coordinator at the International Relations Department of the Russian Theatre Union (Moscow). She is in charge of international cultural relations, mobility and grant programs, exchange projects, and cooperation with networks. From recently she also occupies the position of the Secretary General of the Russian Center of ASSITEJ (International Association of Theatre for Children and Young People). Aleksandra has an experience of work in drama and contemporary dance theatre. In 2011 she participated in the CEC ArtsLink Fellowship program.
“Participation in the GCLP was extremely important for me. The program gave me insight into different cultural backgrounds, collaboration practices, and sources for further learning. Possibility of communication and exchange with amazing talented cultural leaders inspired me and brought new ideas and energy into my work.”
In order to introduce themselves and their organisations, the participants prepared a poster presenting 4 elements – Me, My organisation, My Project and My Dream.
