Consultation ECoR

On 6 October 2016, the European Committee of the Regions held a stakeholders’ consultation meeting on the Joint Communication “Towards an EU Strategy for international cultural relations”.

At this occasion, M. Apostolos Tzitzikostas – rapporteur for the opinion of the European Committee of the Regions for the Joint Communication – underlined the crucial importance of the actual implementation of the Joint Communication, which should involve all possible actors, from EU instittutions and Member States, including their regions and cities, to civil society and private organisations.
