Sir Martin Davidson’s conclusions from the Preparatory Action final conference

The chief executive of the British Council, Sir Martin Davidson, on the three most important points he takes out of the Preparatory Action’s final conference in Brussels on 7-8 April 2014:

‘1) More equal cultural exchange, 2) More power to cultural actors, 3) More engagement of young people.’
